The PMQG AGM is on 27 January, at 3.00 pm Sunday 27 July 2025, at the John McGrath Hall, 97 Hensman St., South Perth, during the PMQG July Sit N Sew. Nomination and proxy forms are below.
Guild members for the 2024/25 financial year and paid up members for 2025/26 are eligible to vote and nominate proxies for this AGM.
Committee Nominations can be made by email to perthmodernquilt@gmail.com before Friday 25 July. In the absence of Committee nominations prior to the meeting, nominations will be accepted from the floor during the AGM.
Proxy forms can be sent by email to perthmodernquilt@gmail.com before Sunday 27 July, otherwise handed in before the AGM at the meeting on 27 July.
